Services : Workshops

As a part of our commitment to education about this unique area of vision care, we provide workshops at no charge. Each workshop given by Dr. Metzger is unique and hands-on. We tend to keep them small, if possible, to allow for personal interaction between participants and the doctor. That said, workshops and in-services can be given to as few as five or as many as 50 attendees. They typically last about 90 minutesf. The time can be adjusted based on the group's needs. Also, some attendees may earn continuing education credits for their attendance.

The goals of every workshop are to learn the difference between eyesignt and vision, describe the visual skills necessary for reading and learning, identify the symptoms of a possible vision problem and find out if or when vision therapy might be appropriate to treat visual problems.
