Information Resource: Sports Vision
Think of your favorite sport; chances are your vision plays an important part in that activity. Coordination, concentration, balance and accuracy are just a few of the visually-related abilities you use during a sports event. Vision affects your batting average, racquetball score, pass completion and free throw percentages. The term "vision" and the growing field of "sports vision" apply to more than 20/20 eyesight, glasses or contact lenses.

Job Opportunity - Occupational Therapist to Provide Low Vision Rehabilitation
T his fall, Vision Therapy KC will be expanding. New services will be offered at the same location by Vision Recovery KC. We are adding an optometrist who will focus on low vision care. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide low vision rehabilitation services to children and adults with visual impairments. The available position is part-time. We will be accepting students through the end of 2006 on a first-come, first-served basis. Families for Adoption Roundtable
