We are a family owned and operated business and the only clinic in Kansas focusing solely on the specialty area of functional vision.
We work with your primary care optometrist or ophthalmologist for your eye health needs. Because of this, we do not practice primary care optometry. We provide only vision therapy and vision rehabilitation programs which lets us focus our efforts on delivering a well-roundedd, full scope of functional and developmental vision care.
Each program of therapy is designed around the patient's and/or family's needs and abilities to commit to a course of treatment. A few key differences in our recommended programs are:
- Structured "homework" activities to be completed outside of in-office treatment, showing progress more readily and resulting in shorter therapy programs
- Competitive session fees and progress evaluations completed at no additional charge
- Flexibility in frequency of sessions
- Allowing patients and/or families to choose the therapy program right for their needs
- Treatment through vision therapy for all ages including learning-related vision problems, developmental delays, strabismus, amblyopia, sports coordination, traumatic brain injury, stroke and permanent vision loss
- Programs designed to treat the "whole" person, which include visual-motor activities, peripheral expansion, visualization and primitive reflexes (coming soon - Syntonics and Visual Learning/Academic therapies)
